Lina is an amazing doula! She was so supportive throughout my entire pregnancy and was able to answer all my questions. We worked with Lina to create my birth plan, and realistically set up my goals for my first child's birth. I had a largely unmedicated birth, which I could have never done without her and my husband guiding me the way they did. Lina helped position me and provide different pain management techniques until we found the ones that worked best. She advocated for me with the hospital staff, giving me background information and asking questions I wouldn't think to. In the end, I did ultimately elect to have a c-section after baby wouldn't come down, came to find out my baby boy was almost 10 lbs with a large head! I'm still so happy that I had her on my team to facilitate an overall positive experience.
